Agreement to Terms

By using seoloop.in ("the Service"), a product of OpenLoop, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service Is Free

SEO Loop's tools and Site Audit feature are provided free of charge, with no credit card required. We may introduce paid features in the future, but any existing free tool will not be moved behind a paywall without clear notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SEO Loop only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to:

• Use our tools (DNS/whois/SSL/site-audit lookups, etc.) to scan or probe websites or infrastructure you do not own or do not have authorization to test.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the service to overload third-party APIs we integrate with, or use the Service to send spam.
• Upload or submit content through our support ticket or contact forms that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to our systems.

Accounts

Some features (like saving Site Audit history) require a free account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You can request deletion of your account at any time via our Contact page.

AI-Powered Tools (Bring Your Own Key)

Where we offer AI-powered features, you may connect your own API key from a supported provider (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, DeepSeek). You are responsible for complying with that provider's own terms and for any usage costs billed by them. We store your key encrypted and use it only to relay your requests to that provider — we do not use your key for any other purpose.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is." Automated checks (DNS, SSL, SEO audits, AI-generated reports, etc.) are informational and best-effort — we do not guarantee their accuracy, and they should not be treated as professional legal, security, or SEO advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenLoop and SEO Loop are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on tool results or AI-generated reports.

Intellectual Property

The SEO Loop name, logo, and site design belong to OpenLoop. You retain ownership of any content you submit to us (e.g. support ticket messages); by submitting it you allow us to use it solely to provide the Service to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, in particular the Acceptable Use section above.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
